MEXICAN BREAKFAST ... MARCH 23, 2014

Our second annual Mexican breakfast was a great success this morning. This event is headed up by Board Members Molly Rivard and Steve Gilchrist. The rest of the Board (Martha Rudersdorf, Sandy Reed, Cathy Van Ruhan, Linda Finch and Judith Pasco) were on hand to serve, cook, greet, clean, etc.  Thanks to volunteers Rose Bridge, David Fox, Marilyn Gilchrist, Jim Reed, Carol Yearout and Bob Pasco who helped immensely to insure a seamless event.

Happy breakfast eaters
The breakfast itself was beautifully presented: corn tortillas with salsa, black beans, scrambled eggs, green onions, cilantro and cheese, adorned with orange slices. Everyone raved!! About 110 breakfasts were served.
