WOW! Dazzling night for Mujeres

Last night was our sixth annual Día de Muertos event....our most important event of the year.
Despite stiff competition from other popular local events, we served 103 dinners and held our most successful auction yet. Board member Molly cooked and coordinated an excellent vegetarian Mexican dinner.

The silent auction contained 82 items. Our live auction consisted of 6 very special items that were auctioned off and without doubt showcased our supporters' generosity.

An event such as this cannot take place without wonderful volunteers.

Thank you very much to:

Nash's Organic Farm Sunny Farms and QFC for table decorations
Raven's Brew Brewing Company for the Deadman's Reach Coffee

Although we had fewer participants, we still were at least $1000 over last year's event. Our gross take this year was just a bit over $7500!!! This is almost one-third of our current year's budget!

Thank you all again for your loyal support. This is a huge boost to programs, projects and scholarships.
